A Balanced Stay

The free airport transfer was convenient. Staff collected our luggage. Free access to the health club was a plus. The gym had equipment for a great workout.
Housekeeping did not mop the floors (I had to ask them twice). The terrace was not cleaned. There was a build-up of towels and glasses outside the room.

mixed feelings about the stay
poor housekeeping dirty terrace
housekeeping was a real issue the room floor was never mopped leaving sand everywhere despite an outdoor shower and i had to request for the terrace to be cleaned because there was build up of towels and glasses staff did not proactively ensure cleanliness which was disappointing it impacted the comfort of the room and beach access.
